Shipping policy

Shipping is available via USPS and UPS - you will choose at checkout. Delivery times will vary based on your location. Most orders shipping to Connecticut and the surrounding area will arrive in 1-2 business days (this will not include holidays). Once we have shipped your item and handed it off to the shipping carrier selected, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

If your item arrives damaged, we would be happy to refund or replace your damaged item(s). Please contact us for more information if this happens to you.

Once a package is marked delivered, we are unable to offer replacement items.
